At Lotus Delight, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh makhana-based snacks and products. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Returns Policy once an order has been delivered.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

3. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. Please carefully check your order and address details before confirming your purchase.

4. Shipping Delays

We work with trusted courier partners, but delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, logistics delays).

Delays caused by courier companies do not qualify for a refund.
